Petra
A very timid girl, found with her puppies in a empty house, we think she has been used as a brood bitch, and just left alone to have litter after litter of puppies.
She is a friendly little girl and follows her foster mum around, but if you stroke or pat her she physically flinches. But we are working gently to help her through this.
Her puppies have all found homes now it is the turn for Petra
Petra is medium sized and spayed. She is microchipped, blood tested for Mediterranean diseases and vaccinated
Lily
Lily, rescued off the campo, a young dog possibly only 12 months old just left behind after her first hunt, as she did not perform as expected. more info later.
Radar
Radar was living on the streets, constantly searching for food and sleeping on peoples door steps. He was desperate for company, kindness and comfort. He was very thin when we rescued him and he had injured his foot which was so painful he was unable to put weight on it.
He is now in a foster home with dog Leon, he has his own soft bed, good food and a routine which he needed. He loves going for a walk now that his foot isn't as painful, he is so good in the car, sitting quietly on the back seat.*
He is clean in the house and very well behaved, I find him such a gentleman, soft and kind in nature. Radar loves other dogs but we don't know about cats. He is a little shy of people and afraid of any sudden movements, when Janet throws a stick for Leon poor Radar cowers down. So we think he has probably been beaten in the past.
He has been in his foster home for just a week and I can see the change in him, already he is more relaxed and quietly happy.

Rusty
Rusty was rescued from the Campo, living off handout from local villagers, very friendly chap. more information to follow.
